Tom was the son of Raymond Eugene Niblo and Dolores Earline Horton. His parents divorced in 1947, Tom and his sister were adopted and raised by their mother's 2nd husband, Delbert M. Clark.
Tom owned his own business, first in Albuquerque and, later in Gallup, NM. In his younger years, he loved racing and made it to Road Atlanta in his Corvette in the mid-1970's.
He is the father of 4 children: Sabre, Tracy, Tommy and Lara.
He was cremated. Shortly before his death, he expressed his desire to have his ashes scattered at Muley Point, Mexican Hat, UT. This is where his children and siblings go to honor him.
