The Harlan Tribune, Wednesday, September 27, 1916

Last Wednesday evening when Mr. Fred Pimple arrived home from a weeks visit with his brother, John, in Sterling, Colo., he found his sister, Mrs. Annie Hoffman, in an unconscious condition in which she remained until her death at 5:00 o'clock the next morning. The children were all called to her bedside.
