Mary Crowell Morgan, 51, died Saturday, February 19, 2011 at her residence. Mary was a native of Monroe, NC and was the food and Beverage Manager at Burning Ridge Golf Course. She was a veteran of the US Navy.
Surviving are her husband, Rick Morgan; children, Joshua Morgan and wife Bethany of Jacksonville, Florida, Mary J. "Jani" Morgan of Myrtle Beach, Terre M. Ellis of Myrtle Beach, and Ian f. Morgan of Myrtle Beach; six brothers, Bud Crowell of Idaho, Ricky Crowell of Indian Trail, NC, Tom Crowell of Charlotte, Tim Crowell of Charlotte, John Crowell of Atlanta, and Kevin Crowell of Gastonia; her mother, Mary Jane Baucom Crowell of Indian Trail, NC. She is also survived by three grand-daughters.
She was preceded in death by her father, Erskine D. Crowell and a brother, David Crowell.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday in the Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway Chapel. Interment will follow at Southeastern Memorial Gardens with Military Honors.
