Mrs. Alice Hill, 96, of Rea died Tuesday Sept. 6, at the Gentry County Memorial hospital, Albany. Her funeral was held Thursday afternoon at the Gentry Baptist Church. The Rev. Martin Barker officiated. Burial was in the Stanberry Cemetery.
Mrs. Hill was born march 30, 1881, in Gentry county. She was the daughter of Cyrus A. Hulet and Deliliah Carter and lived her entire life in this area. She was the widow of Francis J. Hill who died in 1953.
Survivors are a daughter Mrs. Herbert Wallace of Gentry; two sons, Kenneth Hill and Kermit Hill of Rea; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
