Elizabeth Surrency who died in 1924, has a CSA pension app on line in the GA archives virtual vault. She says she was born in Ware Co, GA in April 1847, She says she married John Surrency and he enlisted in 1862 in Brunswick, GA. he served with Co. F of the 26th GA regiment for 2 years and died in Coffee County in Feb. 1904. Proof of her death is included in the paperwork, also.
