Judy Rae Perry, age 81 of Alma passed away Sunday, April 17, 2022, at McKellar's Adult Foster Care. She was born March 11, 1941, in St. Johns the daughter of George and Ivah (Allen) Reed. She married Ronald Perry on November 25, 1964, at his parent's home in Alma. She was a faithful member of Seville Community Church. Judy worked for several years selling real estate for Century 21 and making wedding and special event cakes. She was an avid reader, enjoyed crocheting and was a member of a knitting club. She will be remembered as a good cook and candy maker.
Judy is survived by her children, Teresa "Teri" (Gary) Morse, Trudi Clark, Tony (Elouise) Perry, Telly (Laura) Perry; 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ronald, a daughter, Traci Kress; two grandsons, Ronald Clark and Justyn Poindexter; son-in-law, Royce Clark; and her siblings, Joan Kay Mancour, Richard Douglas Reed and Janice Reed.
Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at 1 pm at Seville Community Church of God with Pastor Bob Fall officiating, please check church website, www.sevillecommunitychurchofgod.com, for streaming information. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 12 pm until the time of service at the church. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Alma.
