Born in Pasquotank County, N.C., she was the widow of Harry S. Godfrey. Mrs. Godfrey was a retired waitress.
Survivors include two sons, Alton Raymond Ekleberry of Virginia Beach, Linwood Eugene Ekleberry of Chesapeake; five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Riverside Memorial Park, Norfolk, by the Rev. Donald Joyner. Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk, is handling arrangements.
