Mrs. Nannie Hasty, wife of Mr. Charles V. Hasty, died at 5 o'clock yesterday morning at the residence of Mr. D. W. Fink, 702 North Caldwell street. Before her marriage, seven years ago, she was Miss Nannie Boyd, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Z. D. Boyd. For four years she was a patient but hopeful sufferer. She leaves a father and mother and the following brothers and sisters: John L. Boyd of Salisbury, Ross A. and Langston L. Boyd of Richmond, Va., and Thomas Boyd of Charlotte, and Mrs. D. W. Fink, Mrs. D. E. Eliott and Miss Fannie Boyd.

The funeral services will be conducted from Ninth Avenue Baptist Church of which the deceased was a devoted member, by her pastor, Rev. L. R. Pruett, at 3 o'clock today. The pall-bearers will be Messrs. F. F. Phillips, A. M. L. Garner, R. W. Barnett, W. F. Harkey, C. O. Brildain and J. B. Wilkie.

In the Ninth Avenue Baptist church at 8:30 o'clock last night Miss Nannie Boyd, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Z. D. Boyd, and Mr. Charles V. Hasty were married in the presence of five or six hundred friends. It was a very pretty wedding. The altar before which the bridal pair stood was tastefully decorated with palms and ferns.

The bride was attended by her sister, Miss Mary Boyd, as maid of honor, and Miss Nancy Hasty, bridesmaid. Mr. W. Claud Britton was best man, while Mr. Aubrey, M. L. Garner and Mr. Fred S. Conrad were groomsmen. Messrs. Charles B. Rogers, Dallas W. Fink, J. Norman Hill and John L. Boyd were ushers.

Mrs. L. R. Pruett presided at the organ, playing sweetly Mendelssohn's march as the bridal procession came up the aisles and the march from Tannhauser as the party left the church. Rev. L. R. Pruett conducted the wedding ceremony.

Mr. and Mrs. Hasty are at home at their residence, No. 221 East Eighth street. The bride is a young lady of real worth and has all the fine qualities which adorn womanhood. Mr. Hasty is connected with the Virginia Life Insurance Company and is a young man of character and promise.
