Retired office Manager for the Broward County Schools for over 25 years.
Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Mary and Andrew Shiff of Hopkinton, MA and Lisa and James (Butch) Dicus of Jacksonville, Arkansas. Dearly loved and missed by her five grandchildren, Zachary Shiff, Ryan, Drew and John Herrmann and Leeanna Dicus.
Cherished sister of the late Robert and late James Fletcher of Henderson, Kentucky, and late Alfred (Bunch) Fletcher of Topeka, Kansas, beloved aunt of Martha Fletcher Cox, Bruce Fletcher, LaNeave Fletcher Hall, Jo Elaine Fletcher Zerngast and the late Thomas Fletcher. For 10 years the loving wife of Willard L. Puffer. For over 28 years, the loving wife of the late Dr. John Van Boven, PhD of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
She leaves many cherished friends and family members.
