Mrs. Mary M. White, 84, 1642 W. 10th St., died at 5:30 p.m. Sunday at her residence following a two-year illness. Born in Tippecanoe County, she had been a resident of this community for many years. She was a member of the Methodist Church.
Surviving are eight grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Her husband, Arthur C., and her daughter, Mrs. Ethel Hughes, preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Parson Mortuary with Rev. Gorman H. Pritchett officiating. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the mortuary after 2 p.m. Tuesday.
