Dolores J. Seever, 83, of Atchison, KS, passed away on February 15, 2011 at Aldersgate Village, Topeka, KS.
Dolores was born March 13, 1927, in Goodland, KS, the daughter of William Harold and Pearl Turner Nutt.
Dolores enjoyed painting, collecting arrowheads in her younger years, bird watching, collecting owl figurines, watching antique cars. She truly loved her two sons. She was a member of First Christian Church, Atchison, KS and Rushville Christian Church, Rushville, MO and the Parallel HDU Unit.
She and Charles E. Seever were united in marriage on November 27, 1946 in Atchison, KS. Mr. Seever preceded her in death on June 9, 1998.
Dolores J. Seever is survived by two sons Glenn, Topeka, KS, Gary (Sherry) Atchison, KS, nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Services to be held on Monday, February 21, 2011 at 2:00 p.m., in the chapel of Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home with Rev. Lee Hendon officiating. Interment will follow in Sugar Creek Cemetery, Rushville, Missouri. Visitation with the family will take place one hour prior to services. Memorial Contributions have been suggested to the Sugar Creek Cemetery and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
