Funeral services were held on Sunday, November 13 at Forked Oak. Bro. Buford Harper officiated. Interment was in the Forked Oak Cemetery.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Morris Barnett of Tishomingo; a grandson, Merle Tennyson of Tishomingo; two great grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; a brother, Wister Rushing of Tishomingo; and a sister, Mrs. Edna McCreary of Lubbock, Texas.
