Mrs. Milton Piper, 76, of 2015 Broadway, New Holstein, died Tuesday at Calumet Memorial Hospital in Chilton after a lingering illness. The former Adeline Seurer was born July 5, 1895, at Marytown, the daughter of the late John and Anna Mueller Seurer. She was married to Mr. Piper on Oct. 7, 1915 in Marytown. The couple moved to New Holstein 60 years ago where he worked for the Lauson Engine Division of Tecumseh Products. Mrs. Piper was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in New Holstein, its Christian Mothers Society and the Daughters of Isabella, Marian Circle.
Surviving are her husband; a son, Randolph of New Holstein; a daughter, Mrs. Robert (Eleanor) Schmitzer of Raleigh, NC, and a sister, Mrs. Emil Dumke of New Holstein. A son preceded her in death.
