Funeral services for Mrs. Dollie Nivens, 78, were held Wednesday in Martin's Chapel with Rev. Gene Hadley officiating. Mrs. Nivens was a resident of Valley View Nursing Home and died March 19 in Hood General Hospital.
She was born Aug. 21, 1900 and had been a Granbury resident for four years. She was the widow of Joe Nivens. She formerly lived in Palestine, Tex.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
She was interred in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
