Pearl Sue Alverson-Frago, 87, a native of Pleasant Grove and resident of Foley, died Jan. 22, 2001. Survivors include her husband, Paul Frago of Foley; one son, James Brock of Camden; one brother, Harold "Bud" Pitts of Foley; one daughter-in-law, Mary Ann Brock of Camden; four granddaughters, Suanne Beauchaine of Birmingham, Dr. Gerri Hendon and Genie Lindsey, both of Montgomery, Sara Burford of Camden; and 10 great-grandchildren. Services were held Jan. 23, at Pine Rest Funeral Home, Foley. Burial followed at Pine Rest Memorial Park, Foley. The family requests memorials be made to the Alabama Boy's Ranch or other favorite charity.
