Mrs. Katie Gilliam Stuart Adams, 97, died Saturday at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. Services will be 2 p.m. today at Harmony Baptist Church near here where she was member, with burial in Spring Hill Methodist Church Cemetery. Brownsville Funeral Home has charge.
Mrs. Adams, the widow of James Thomas Adams, leaves a daughter, Mrs. Mickey McCabe of Titusville, Fla., three sisters, Mrs. Lois Seymour of Brownsville, Mrs. Odell Alexander of Jackson and Mrs. Esther Wallace of Memphis, 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
