Both parents are buried in the same cemetery in Oklahoma and neither parent is buried in New Mexico where they died. The Elk City paper said the burial would be in Fairlawn (aka Elk City where the funeral was) and someone took that to be Fairlawn in New Mexico. They were actually buried just north of Elk City in the Kiowa cemetery where Larry Anthes of Elk City took the photo of their headstone a few years back.
