Conway...Opal "Granny" Smith, age 99, wife of the late Dillard Clayton Smith
died Thursday at Conway Medical Center following an illness.
Mrs. Smith was born in Brookes, OK, a daughter of the late Gib and Ola Pruitt
Smith. She was preceded in death by a son,
Dillard "Smitty" Smith, a brother, John Walter Mahan and a sister, Arvie Huff.

Surviving are: daughter in law, Gertrude Allen Smith of Conway; three
grandchildren, Anthony Smith and wife Teresa of Galivants Ferry, Donald Smith
and wife Marilyn of Conway, and Marcella Toth and husband Raymond of Conway;
five great grandchildren, Tony Smith, Austin Smith, DeLaney Smith, Makela Rae
Toth, and Heleana Toth; one great great grandchild, Anthony Ryan Smith; two
nephews, James Darrell Smith of Concord, CA and John Mahan of Sapulpa, OK.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday from Goldfinch Funeral Home,
Conway Chapel with Rev. Johnny Jenerette officiating. Burial will follow in
Hillcrest Cemetery.
