LORIS -- Joseph Ebbie Floyd, 67, died Wednesday at a Loris hospital.
The funeral will be 4 p.m. Friday at the chapel of Hardwick Funeral Home. Burial will be in Patterson Cemetery.
Mr. Floyd was born in Horry County, a son of the late Joseph Floyd and Della Jean Jeff [Goff] Floyd. He was a retired farmer.
Surviving are: his widow, Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Todd Floyd; three sons, Johnny Floyd, of Hazelwood, N.C., Wendell Floyd of Weedsport, N.Y., and Joe Floyd of Taylorsville, N.C.; three daughters, Mrs. Margaret Williams of Hayes, Va., Mrs. Elouise Smith of Taylorsville, N.C., Mrs. Louise Fowler of Conway; two brothers, Obie Floyd and Sammie Floyd, both of Loris; and a sister, Miss Ellen Floyd of Loris; 15 grandchildren.
