Julia was born in Cleveland, the daughter of Joseph Turk and Gertrude (nee Bencina). Beloved wife of Edward. She was hit by a car and suffered fatal injuries. She was 31 years old. She is buried as Julia Perme, the name of her first husband although she was married to Edward Arko at the time of death.
