She was the daughter of Henry C and Elizabeth Neufer Nieding.
OBITUARY - Mrs. Mary Ann Ammon, 68, widow of the late Charles F. Ammon who died in 1942, died at Cleveland Clinic at 8:50 p.m. Monday after a month's illness. Her home was at 104 Blaine Street.
Mrs. Ammon was born in Elyria township March 7, 1879 and had lived all her life in Elyria and vicinity. DShe was a member of the Fields Methodist Church.
Surviving are two brothers, Anthony Nieding of Elyria and Andrew Nieding of Bay Village; a sister Miss Anna Nieding of Fields Corners, several nieces and one nephew. A sister, Mrs. Maggie Hathaway and brother, Sebastian Nieding, preceded her in death.
The body is at the Nicholas-Dicken Funeral Home where friends may call and from where services will be Held Thursday at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Eugene E. Thompson officiating. Burial will be made in Fields cemetery.
