She was a child of William W. and Mary J. Chamberlain and a sister of Thomas Chamberlain, also buried in Orderville Cemetery. I have had no success with obtaining their headstones. The person who had the pictures of them deleted them due to a miscommunication; she had my address incorrectly entered and didn't realize the mail had failed. I contacted her again recently after a volunteer advised me he could not find either Victoria or Thomas in the grave yard or the cemetery's records, so there was nothing more anyone would do. Now, finding the only pictures are deleted I feel somewhat at a loss, having spent time trying to find out about the children without success. Now I know how other gravers have felt more than once when trying to find out about graves they have come across, have known there was a story but haven't been able to find any information, even after spending time and energy on them. My sympathies with all of you. At this point, living in Portland, Oregon, I have to just remind myself that graves lend comfort for the living left behind and the Earth has no sorrows that Heaven cannot heal. So, if you ever get a chance to stroll thru Orderville Cemetery, think of 2 little children, Thomas and Victoria Chamberlain, who seem to have headstones that are hard to find but their little souls are in Heaven with God.

The Answer: I am eternally grateful to Emily Lacey who sent me an email on 24 Sept 2013, just 5 days before my birthday, and what a great present it is for here is the Answer, in her own words:
"I went looking for Thomas and Victoria Chamberlain today [Sept 24th, 2013]. I believe if you search for Thomas or Victoria Adair you will find these children. Their parents are listed as Wm. W and Mary J as per your request however it appears that Mary's maiden name was Chamberlain, being a brother (sic, sister) to Thomas Chamberlain and that her married name and therefore her children's name was Adair. There is a lovely picture of the monument posted. It might be of interest to you that the panels read as follows:
North: Eloise, Daughter of Wm W & Mary J ADAIR Aug 28, 1901 Aug 29, 1901 Darling we miss thee.
West: Thomas and Victoria Twin Children of Wm.W & Mary J. ADAIR Dec 5, 1898 Dec 5, 1898. Of such is the kingdom of heaven.
South: Viannie Sep. 13, 1894 Sep. 14, 1894,
Ronald S (or Ronalds?) Aug 16, 1897 Aug 16, 1897

I hope this clarifies your problem and that you can find what you're looking for.
Sincerely,
Emily Lacey"

Thank you so VERY much to Emily Lacey who found Victoria and Thomas ADAIR, who are, indeed, buried at Orderville Cemetery, Orderville, Kane County, Utah. Their memorials are under the care of the same person who gave "Thomas and Victoria Chamberlain" to me to create memorials for in the beginning. Thomas Adair has Find A Grave #65687675 and Victoria Adair has Find A Grave #65687613. I'm not sure what to do with this memorial page now, as there is no Victoria Chamberlain but there was, for an all too brief moment in time, a little baby girl named Victoria Adair who was loved by her parents as much as anyone could love a child. I am as sure as I am that there is an Afterlife, that she is with her brothers, sisters and parents in that place called Heaven or Paradise or Grace - that place where we each go, after we pass from this world, again with those who have gone on before us; that wondrous place where there is Peace, Goodness & Light and there is No sickness, pain or Evil.
And That gives me comfort, above all else.
