"William Owen Wallace, 79, of 1509 Glenwood Road, who died Friday, was a lifelong Birmingham resident and a veteran of World War I. He was a member of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church. Funeral will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday at Elmwood Chapel, with burial in Elmwood. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Yvonne Moore Wallace, a daughter, Mrs. Luther H. Nuynnally, Jr. Birmingham and a brother C. Hunter Wallace, Pinson."
