CHILDRESS - Dora B. Bohannon, 98, died Thursday, May 29, 1997.
Mrs. Bohannon was born in Brownwood County. She moved to Childress in 1943 from Tell. She married Beacher H. Bohannon in 1922 at Paducah. He died in 1966. She also was preceded in death by a daughter, Joyce Wallace, in 1993.
She was a grocery clerk at Coats Grocery in Childress and a member of First Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Marguerite Havins of Childress and Delores Behrens of Canyon; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a great-greatgrandchild.
