Childress – Services for Floyd E. Biddy, 77, were to be held at 2:30 p.m. today in the First Baptist Church with Dr. J. V. Cohorn, pastor, officiating. Burial was in Childress Cemetery by Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors. Mr. Biddy died Friday afternoon in High Plains Hospital at Amarillo. He was born June 11, 1905 in Cottle County. He had been a farmer in the High Point Community for 30 years before moving to Childress about 10 years ago. Mr. Biddy was preceded in death by his wife, Edna, April 21, 1978. He was a member of the First Baptist Church and Dr. Cohorn's Sunday School Class. Survivors are his wife, Suephelia of the home; two sisters, Devilla Cupp of Alpine and Ora Boyd of Blair, Okla.; and nephew, Leon Boyd of Oklahoma City, Okla., and several nieces and nephews.
