Mrs. Vivian Pearl Shipley Riddle, age 91, of Mandeville, LA., passed away on Sunday February 13, 2011 at the River Parrishes Hospital in La Place, LA. She was born in the Shipley Community of Clinton County, Ky. on Sunday February 23, 1919 the daughter of Thomas N. and Clementine "Tine" Boles Shipley. She was a Cosmetician and a member of Aldergate United Methodist Church in Jackson, MS. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sisters, Lilly Ewing, Minnie Chambers, Corda Lee, Oakla Irby and Ruby Talbott, her brothers, Clura Shipley, Fred Shipley, Otha Shipley and John Shipley. She is survived by her husband, James Welby Riddle of Mandeville, LA., her son and daughter-in-law, James Tony and Sandra Riddle of Kenner, LA., her sisters-in-law, Reba Shipley McWhorter of Marion, Ohio and Bonnie Shipley of Celina, TN. Funeral Services for Mrs. Vivivan Shipley Riddle will be held on Thursday February 17, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home with burial in the Chestnut Grove Cemetery
