Midvale - Funeral for Barney Russell Beratto, 18, 45 Fifth Ave., Midvale, who died Aug. 2, 1970, of an accidental drowning, will be held Wednesday noon at the Midvale Second Ward chapel, 20 S. Main. Friends may call at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State, Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. and Wednesday one hour before services. Burial will be at Midvale City Cemetery.
Born Sept. 14, 1951, Murray, to Leonard Barney and Mary Rowena Jenkins Beratto. Student at the University of Utah; member LDS Church; member priests quorum of Midvale Second Ward; Eagle Scout; member Order of the Arrow; member, LDS Institute Choir, U. of U.
Survivors include his parents; sister and brother, Mary Ann of Midvale and Leonard K. of Spokane, Wash; grandmother, Mrs. Hazel Beratto, Riverton.
