Funeral service for Craig L. Mitchell, 47, of Somerville will be Wednesday, February 16, 2011, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Stanley Ryan officiating. Burial will be in Center Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 9 at the funeral home.
Mr. Mitchell, who died Sunday, February 13, 2011, at his residence, was born May 12, 1963, in Morgan County to Amis Andrew Mitchell and Margaret Ann Blankenship Mitchell. He was preceded in death by one brother, Kevin Wayne Mitchell; and his grandmothers, Linnie Mitchell Cole and Lola Lott Blankenship.
Survivors include his girlfriend, Teresa French; one daughter, Helenia Mitchell of Jasper; his parents, Andrew Mitchell and Margaret Ann Blankenship Mitchell; three brothers,Randy A. Mitchell of Fort Worth, Texas, Garry A. Mitchell of Glasco, Ky., and Michael D. Mitchell of Somerville; one sister, Vickie L Swader; and three grandchildren, Lexy Waldrep, Ethan Waldrep and Haydance Waldrep.
Pallbearers will be Charles Swader, Amos R. Auther Mitchell, Andrew Cameron Mitchell, Keith Williams, Jesse Waldrep and D.J. Waldrep.
Honorary pallbearers will be B.A.C.A. family.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to B.A.C.A
