Brad Douglas West, 42, died Friday, Aug. 23, 2002, at Kindred Hospital. He was a resident of Greenwood.
He was born June 13, 1960, in Warsaw. His parents are Jimmy Lee and Ruth Ann (Corey) West. Other survivors include a sister, Melodee Ann West of Indianapolis; and three brothers, Stephen Bruce West of Greenwood and Lee Alan West and Rick Duane West, both of Indianapolis.
He was a volunteer at Baxter YMCA.
The Rev. Gerald Kirkhoff will conduct a service at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Daniel F. O'Riley Funeral Home in Indianapolis. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and from noon until time of service Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery.
