Jessie "J.C." Cain, Age 80. Born March 29, 1930 to the late Ernest and Pinkie Cain. Preceded in death by wife Virnell Cain, grandson Darryle Cain, and five siblings. He is survived by sons Velton (Dorothy) Hines of Atlanta GA, Darryl (Tennille) Cain, Arnell Cain of Gary, IN, daughters Regina (Stanley) Adams, and Rose Ann (Marvin) Pennington, both of Merrillville, 12 grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends. Visitation Monday, February 14, 2011, from 1:00 to 7:00 p.m. Family hour from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Homegoing service Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at 1:00 p.m., at New Friendship Baptist Church, 1545 Waite St., Gary, IN, Rev. Royce Thompson officiating. Interment Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery.
