Karen Lee Davis Jackson, 53, of Madison, passed away on Saturday, February 12, 2011, at her residence.

She was born October 6, 1957, in Charlottesville, the daughter of the late Harold White and Gladys Hawkins Davis, and wife of the late James Clark Jackson. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Chante Latrice Davis; three brothers, Thomas, Marshall, and Lynwood Davis.

She is survived by two daughters, Candace Liane Davis of Petersburg and Hope Elizabeth Davis of Orange; one son, Randolph Eugene Davis of Orange; four brothers, Charles Davis of Barboursville, Walker Davis of Maryland, Major Davis of Gordonsville, and Nelson Davis of Barboursville; two sisters, Shirley Ragland and her husband, John, of Gordonsville, and Janice Barbour and her husband, Eddie, of Ruckersville; and four grandchildren, Kamya Davis, Tiona Davis, Kamryn Davis and Jayden E. Henderson.

Funeral services were held Saturday, February 19, 2011, at Preddy Funeral Home Chapel in Gordonsville, conducted by the Reverend Robert Anthony. Burial in the White-Davis Family Cemetery on Gilbert Station Road in Albemarle County.
