EILEEN LOUISE McNEAL, 92, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Monday, Feb. 7, 2011, at Lutheran Life Villages, Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, she was a daughter of the late William and Linda Butler. She was a member of Peace Lutheran Church, Fremont. She enjoyed spending time with her family, working in her flowerbeds, and taking care of her house plants. She also enjoyed spending her summers at Lake James. She is survived by her children, Robert (Sharon) McNeal of Angola and Fort Myers Beach, Fla. and Barbara (Eugene) Cabral of Fort Wayne; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Henry, in 1971; daughter, Marlene Amstutz, in 2001; granddaughter, Karen Renee McNeal, in 1961; and brothers, Robert, Richard, Donald, and William Butler. Funeral service is 2 p.m. Wednesday at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven, with calling from noon to 2 p.m. Pastor Wayne Berkesch officiating.
