GILBERT - Jim H. Hill, 61, an electrician for Roosevelt Water Conservation District for 36 years before retiring, died Jan. 18, 1986, at his residence in Gilbert. Mr. Hill was born in Quinton, Okla., and moved to Arizona in 1940 from Oklahoma. He was a member of the Gilbert American Legion for more than 20 years. Survivors include his daughter, Deloris Garside; sons, Ivan and Lonnie; four sisters; three brothers; and six grandchildren. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Mountain View Mortuary, 7900 E. Apache Trail, Mesa. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the mortuary.
