NORMA SHERRIE PAYNE
Midvale - Norma Sherrie Payne, 15, 431 East 7500 South, Midvale, died April 2 at a local hospital following a long illness.
Born June 27 (sic), 1956 in American Fork, Utah County to Dennis Ira and Anne Garfield Payne. She was a member of the LDS Church and student at Hillcrest High School; former cheerleader at Midvale Junior High; one of the top 50 students at Midvale Junior High; honored by Lions and Jaycees clubs for her scholastic achievements.
Survivors: parents; sister Rebecca Denise of Midvale; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Northrop Garfield of Draper.
Funeral Wednesday at 1 p.m., East Midvale 4th LDS Ward chapel, 7250 Third East. Friends may call at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State on Tuesday from 6-8 p.m., and Wednesday at the chapel one hour before services. Burial at Midvale City Cemetery.
