LAWRENCE, Raymond A. Streeter, 71, Lawrence, died Wednesday at a Lawrence hospital. Mr. Streeter had suffered an apparent heart attack at his home early
Wednesday. He was born Oct. 12, 1900 at Fort Scott and had worked as a clerk at the Union Bus Station here since 1957. Mr. Streeter had lived in Lawrence the past 18
years.
Mr. Streeter was a member of the Fort Scott Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his widow, Helen; 4 daughters, Mrs. Ruth Hatfield and Mrs. Betty McCrary, both of Lawrence, Mrs. Anna Berndt, Topeka, and Mrs. Connie Pounds, Dallas, Tex.; a son, Raymond L. Streeter, Fort Scott; a stepson, Gary
Burge, Lawrence; a brother, Merle Streeter, Pleasanton, and 16 grandchildren.
Services will be Saturday at the Warren Mortuary in Lawrence with graveside services later Saturday at large Cemetery, Fort Scott
