Joel Steven Maness is the youngest OF child born to the union of Harley K. "HK" & Virginia Lee "Vergie" (Jackson) Maness. He wed Peggy Brock and had two children, Jennifer Elaine Maness & Joel Steven "JoJo" Maness. After his divorce from Peggy, Brother married the love of his life, JoAnn Dwyer, from Synder, Oklahoma. They had no children. But his stepchildren were Brandi & Boe. Brother & JoAnn were so happy and loved each other deeply. He worked for Roadway for over 30 at the time of this recording.
