SHELBY - Mrs. Zena Lucy Pruitt Walker, 84, of 4150 Fallston Road died Tuesday, Feb. 4, at Carolina Care Center in Cherryville.
Born in Cleveland County, she was a daughter of the late Carlee and Fancy Sarah Emmaline Buff Pruitt. Mrs. Walker was a homemaker and a member of St. Paul Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Delbert Quillen Walker; son, Keith Walker; and sisters, Ethel Pruitt, Myrtle Hudson, Evie Carter, Vernie Wright and Iva Yancey.
Mrs. Walker is survived by daughter, Sandra Walker of Shelby; daughter-in-law, Cheri White Walker of Shelby; granddaughters, Jamie and Jessica Walker of Shelby; brother, Garland Pruitt of Lawndale; and sister, Anther Sailors of Lawndale.
