Helen D. Merkt, 84, died Saturday [20 Feb] at Westminster Terrace. She was the former Helen Walsh and a native of Saint Louis, Missouri.

Survivors: three sons, Jerry of San Jose, CA, Rev. Joseph T. and John Merkt; three sisters, Ann Hefele of Cape Girardeau, MO, Catherine Stacy of Las Vegas and Dorothy Blank of St Louis; a brother, Francis Walsh of St Louis; and four grandchildren.

Funeral: 10am Monday [22 Feb], St Francis of Assisi, 1960 Bardstown Road.

Burial: Calvary Cemetery.

Visitation: Ratterman's, 3800 Bardstown Road, 3-8pm Sunday.

Memorial gifts: Westminster Terrace.
