-Mrs. Lulu M. Riggs, 89, mother of Herman G. Riggs, former director of Sales and Engineering at Delco-Remy Division, died in Converse.
--She was a member of the Converse Christian Church and taught Sunday School there for 35 years. Her husband, Curtis Riggs died in 1961.
--Surviving are two sons, Glenn L. Riggs of Rt. 1, Greentown and Herman G. Riggs, now of Kokomo; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. W. C. Riggs of Sweetser; six grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
--Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Larrison and Myers Funeral Home in Converse with Marshal Hayden in charge. Interment will follow in the Converse Cemetery.
--Friends will be received after 3 p.m. Saturday at the mortuary in Converse.
