Obituary -
Mrs. Lee Ruggles

Mrs. Sarah Blanche Ruggles, 70, of Manhattan, former longtime resident of the Bennington and Minneapolis communities, died Friday afternoon at St. Mary's hospital, in Manhattan, where she was a patient approximately one week.

She was born July 25, 1892, at Tescott and lived in the Bennington and Minneapolis communities most of her life. She moved to Manhattan a year ago to live with daughters here.

Her husband, Lee, died approximately 25 years ago.

Survivors include a son, Keith, of Manhattan; four daughters, Mrs. Marguerite Cofield and Mrs. Harry Trechter, both of Manhattan; Mrs. Dwaine Garst, of Amarillo, Tex., and Mrs. R.C. McGee, of Borger, Texas, and a brother, Charles Kifer, of Minneapolis.

The funeral was held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Burliew-Cowan Funeral Home in Manhattan, the Rev. Cecil Findley officiating.
Burial was in the Minneapolis cemetery.
