Mrs. James F. Randles.
The remains of Mrs. Nancy Reid Randles, who died last week at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ralph Stewart, in New York City, were brought to West Hebron and funeral services held Tuesday at one o'clock, from the village United Presbyterian church, of which the deceased had been a member for many years, Rev. W. A. Miller officiating.
Mrs. Randles was born in the town of Hebron, and lived in the vicinity all her life until the death of her husband, James F. Randles. Since then she spent most of the winters with her daughter in New York, though still coming to the home farm north of West Hebron for the summers. Both Mr. and Mrs. Randles were always actively identified with church work and public affairs of the community as long as health permitted. Mrs. Randles leaves a daughter, Mrs. Stewart, and a son, William J. Randles of Bennington, Vt., and a number of grandchildren.
