James H. Allen, 77, of 1022 North Curtis Road, a retired beekeeper, died Wednesday in a local hospital following an extended illness. Mr. Allen was born Jan. 24, 1886 in Williamstown, MO. He had lived in the Boise Valley for 45 years and made his home at Middleton before coming to Boise. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Martha Allen of Boise; two sons, Vernon W. of Spokane, Wash. and Eldon Allen of Glenns Ferry; two daughters, Mrs. Dorothea A. Chester of St. Anthony and Mrs. Greta Huit of Boise. Services will be announced by Robison Chapel of Meridian.
