Emily, Daughter of Capt Frederick and Mary Folger was for a short time married to Charles Starbuck. When she died she was buried in the family plot in North St Cemetery, but when the mother died the family was moved from North Street to a new family plot in Fort Hill. This is the reason for a burial date listed as 1899.
