DIED: At his home in Verona Township, Nebraska of measles and heart failure, SCOTT BLUE. Funeral services were held at his late home on Monday last, Rev. Wolff officiating, and the remains were laid to rest in the Juniata cemetery.
SCOTT BLUE was born in Elkhart County, Indiana, August 10, 1874. He came with his parents to Adams County, Nebraska, in 1880, where he resided until his death, February 11, 1899. In 1897 he was married to Miss Norah Koonse, of Goshen, Indiana. One child blesses this union." (Josef)
