Arnold M. Abramson, age 79, of Sun City Center, FL, died Monday, February 7, 2011.
Mr. Abramson was born in Chicago and lived in Indiana and Illinois his entire life before moving to Florida permanently in 2003. He was a US Army veteran, was a member of the Jewish War Veterans and was an active member of Congregation Beth Israel in Sun City Center. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Frances. Survivors include his beloved wife of 23 years, Sandy; sons and daughter-in-law, Phillip and Michele Abramson, Steven Abramson, Robert Abramson and Joel Grossman; daughter and son-in-law, Elyse and Curt Chuvalas; cherished grandchildren, Sarah Shaw (Pete), Tessa and Max Chuvalas, Mitchell Abramson, Callie, Mackenzie, Danielle, Emillie and Noah Grossman; great -granddaughter, Kylie Shaw; brother and sister-in-law, Herbert and Sylvia Abramson; sister, Bette Abramson; and loving nieces, Jennifer (Terrance) Allan and Amy (Jeremy) Jones.

Chapel service Thursday, 2:30 pm at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
