Sybil Ware Green August 16, 1920 - February 1, 2011 Sybil passed away peacefully at her home in Glenwood Gardens. She was born in Heber Springs, Arkansas but was a resident of Bakersfield since 1945. She is preceded in death by her husband Alvis Willis in 1967, and her second husband Winford Green in 1986. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Sybil and Dick Wolden of Saratoga and a son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Linda Willis of Bakersfield; 4 granddaughters, Tina Willis, Amie Daniel, Jennifer Jennings and Katie Liniger. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, Madison, Lauren and Peyton Daniel, Claire, Matthew and Anna Jennings and Ella and Sophia Liniger. The Interment Service will be held at Union Cemetery, 730 Potomac Ave., Saturday, Feb 5th at 1:00 p.m. and the Memorial Service will be at 2:30p.m. at Lutheran Church of Prayer, 8001 Panorama Dr. In lieu of flowers donations my be submitted to the American Heart Association in her name: Donation Processing Center, File 30947, PO Box 6000, San Francisco, CA 94160 www.bakersfield.com
