CHURCH RITE SLATED FOR A. W. FUDE
Funeral services for Alfred W. Fude, 65, of Route 2, Waupun, who died Tuesday after his farm truck crashed into a tree on Highway 49 in Brandon, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Brandon.
Pastor L. R. Westphal will officiate and burial will be in Rosendale Cemetery.
Mr. Fude was born March 19, 1904, at Princeton, a son of Charles and Emma Warnke Fude. He married Lola Badtke at Rosendale on Oct. 9, 1931.
He lived and farmed in the Brandon area until his retirement in 1968. He was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Brandon.
Survivors include his widow; one son, Ernest of Route 2, Waupun; one daughter, Mrs. Richard Wendlandt of Brandon; five grandchildren; one brother , August Fude of Rosendale; four sisters, Mrs. Walter Haase of Rosendale, Mrs. Mabel Wittwer and Mrs. Edna Siewert, both of Ripon, and Mrs. Emma Laverenz of Milwaukee.
Friends may call from noon Friday until 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Norris Funeral Home, Brandon, and thereafter at the church.
