Michele Finesse Hughes, 50, of Westminster, died Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011, as the result of an automobile accident.

Born Jan. 1, 1961, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Richard Joseph and Shirley Ludwig Coleman, of Baltimore County.

She was the wife of Mark Allen Hughes, her husband of 28 years. She was a homemaker and was a mother to everyone, providing a safe home to many.

Surviving, in addition to her parents and husband, are children Jesse Allen Hughes, Toni Jo Ashley Hughes and Shelby Lynn Hughes, all of Westminster; sister and brother-in-law Brenna Patricia and Russell Briggeman, of Newberrytown, Pa.; grandchildren Jayden Elizabeth Hughes and Matthew David Schafferman, both of Westminster; father-in-law and mother-in-law Allen and Lola Hughes, of Smallwood; sister-in-law and brother-in-law Sharon and Fred Stencil; many aunts and uncles; three nieces; and two nephews.

Interment in Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Finksburg.
