Emile A. "Augie" Bertucci IV, a student, died Sunday in an automobile accident in New Orleans. He was 21. Mr. Bertucci was a lifelong resident of St. Bernard Parish. He graduated magna cum laude from Jesuit High School. He was pursuing a degree in chemical engineering at Mississippi State University in Starkville, Miss. He was a member of the National Honor Society of Secondary Schools, the American Institute of Chemical Engineering and Lambda Sigma Society.

He has only one sister and two nephews. God couldn't have chosen a better person to take underneathe his wing. Augie ( Emile Augustus Bertucci, IV )
was a funny man, smart, talented, the best at everything he set his mind on doing. When he walked into a room everyone's eyes lit up because he was
there, truly that is how great of a person he was. He was always the center of attention without even trying.
