Sheila Kay McCawley Fields, 39, of Hinman Street died at 4:35 p.m. Sunday, June 19, 2005, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Barkes, Inlow & Weaver Funeral Home on Washington Street with the Rev. Virl Murray officiating. Calling will be from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Survivors include her parents, Robert J. McCawley and Nancy K. West Cox, both of Columbus; daughters, Lisa Kay and Angel Diane Fields, both of Columbus; a brother, Cecil "Skip" Cox II of Columbus; and sisters, Betsy Diane Hepburn and Angela Dawn Foist, both of Columbus.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles A. Fields, on Oct. 31, 2003; and a daughter, Amanda Fields.
